On the 30th of January 2014 the New Year’s event of ‘MVO Nederland’ (CSR the Netherlands) took place. Emphasis was placed on ‘Ambitie 2020’: The Netherlands as a global example of a circular economy. Amongst the participants was one of Healthy Seas’ founders Star Sock.
The event was officially opened by his Royal Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands. During his presence on stage MVO Nederland presented him with a Healthy Seas promotion box as a prime example of a circular economy.
