Saturday 19 July, our diving team cleaned up the wreck of the Panago, located in the Dutch North Sea. Approximately 800 kilograms of lost fishing gear was removed from the shipwreck.

The Panago is a steam cargo ship situated in the Dutch North Sea, at around 20 meters depth. The front ship rises high above the seafloor. The wreck houses many sea animals, especially large codfish and lobsters, as well as pouts and crabs. This is the reason why the wreck is visited a lot by both sport fishing and commercial fishery and is therefore covered quite badly with fishing gear.
